Taste of Morgan Hill
The Taste of Morgan Hill is a two day street festival that attracts more than 50,000 people. Festivities are designed around the entire family. Food and drink booths showcase the many restaurants and wineries in our region, plus there are over 150 fine arts and crafts booths. Downtown businesses also display their merchandise. There is on-going entertainment, a Kids Zone featuring hands-on demonstrations, a petting zoo, pony rides, and a custom and classic car show. The Chamber's annual Business Expo has now become part of the Taste of Morgan Hill giving participants an even greater exposure to the community. Sponsorship opportunities abound.
Event Description: Art & Crafts Festival featuring fine arts and quality crafts; variety of food with local restaurants; wine and microbrewry garden; tow stages of live music. "Kids Zone" with rides, crafts, and children's entertainment; "Business Expo" and community non-profit group displays; Custom & Classic Car Show; Quilt Show.
Event Purpose: To provide quality family entertainment and celebration for the community and its visitors as well as raise awareness and support to local businesses and community service groups. Assists in raising funds to support the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce to continue its many programs of business and community service.
Geographic Impact: The festival attracts attendance from the Counties of Santa Clara, San Benito, Monterey, and Santa Cruz as well as areas even further afield.
