THANK YOU for your support for this major community textile arts
event!
Once again,
we received rave reviews from those who participated in the third
annual Harvest Quilt Show. Over 250 quilts are displayed throughout
the beautiful Morgan Hill Community & Cultural Center. We
had an excellent showing of quilt entries in the "youth"
category; quilts made by someone under the age of 18, at home
or at school, with/or without adult assistance.
This year
we presented our second Membership Quilt Challenge. The theme
was "Morgan Hill Centennial". Some of these quilts have
been featured throughout this tour.
INTERNATIONAL
EXHIBIT
Morgan Hill has sister cities in four countries, Japan, Italy,
Ireland and Mexico. We were delighted to present quilts from our
Japanese Sister City, Mizuho Machi and hope to add quilts from
Ireland this year to our international display.

We regret
that we cannot show you all 250+ quilts that were entered in the
show. Below we present a "taste" of the show - enjoy!

MEMBER'S
BOUTIQUE
Each
year the Association plans for items that they think show attendees
will want to buy. Sew Days are scheduled monthly for members
to attend and make these items. Members make items on their
own and donate these items for sale. The Boutique offers small
to medium size quilts and handcrafted items for sale at very
reasonable prices. These funds also support the show and the
Textile Arts Scholarship Fund.
